Gabe Ulla is a writer based in New York. He has written for Lucky Peach, WSJ., Saveur, Town & Country, and T, among other publications, and is currently working on a book with Ignacio Mattos. From 2013 to 2015, Gabe worked alongside René Redzepi and the team at the MAD Symposium. Prior to that, he was an editor at Eater's National and New York sites. Gabe, who earned an undergraduate degree from NYU, is now an MFA candidate at Columbia University's creative nonfiction program. For Prince Street, he covered Dan Guisti's first day on the job at his new company, Brigaid, cooking affordable, healthy and delicious meals for public school students in New London, Connecticut.
